The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize Dr. Wm. Stewart to settle his final account as guardian to John Walter, Being upon its third reading, On motion by Miller, Was postponed. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered the following message: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, February 13, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate : We have received your message, proposing, with the concurrence of this House, the appointment of a Joint Commit- tee of the two Houses, tour from the House of Delegates and. three from the Senate, to carry into effect, the requirement of section 45, of Article CXI. of the Constitution, relating to providing a simple and uniform system of charges in the offices of Clerks of Courts and Registers' of Wills in the coun- ties of this State and the City of Baltimore, and the collec- tion thereof, and concur therein. We have appointed on the part of the House Messrs. Linthicum, Griswold, Hilton and Sparrow. Y By order, , MILTON Y. KIDD, Chief Cleric.
