are found upon offenders be extended to all Jutices of the
Peace of the State of Maryland in fie City of Baltimore.
We have appointed on the part of this House Messrs.
Staylor, T. H. Hamilton and McColgan.

On motion by Mr. Tuck,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to Report a bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 87 of
Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, enti-
tled "Pleadings, Practice and Process," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to report a bill, entitled an Act to amend and re-enact
section 21, of Article V. of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Appeals."
Also,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Tuck, Steiner and Spencer,
to report a bill to amend and re-enact section 6, of the Act of
1870, chapter 192, entitled an Act to provide for and main-
taining in repair the public roads in Anne Arundel county,
and to repeal the Act passed at. January Session, 1868, chap-
ter 299, so far as the same applies to Anne Arundel county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to report a bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 11, of
Article LXXXVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Sheriff," and re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to report
a bill to restore Win. R. Thompson, a soldier in the war of
1812, to the pension list.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceedure, to introduce a bill, to repeal section 135, Article XCIII.
of Public General Laws, so as to make the Code conform to
the Act of 1868, chapter 199.
Also, presented
The petitions of Julia Wiggott, Susannah Richardson,
Matilda Wilson, and Eleanora Ellen Debro, asking to be
placed upon the pension rolls.
