The House bill, entitled an Act to renew, alter and amend an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Manual Labor School for Indigent Boys, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Stephenson, Blake, Spates, Claggett, Spencer, Denson, Steiner, Dennis, Timmons, Fields, Williams—13. Henry, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. On motion by Timmons, The Senate adjourned TUESDAY, February 13, 1871. The Senate met. Prayer by Hey. Mr. Highley. Present at roll call the following Senators : Messrs. President, Blake, Compton, Claggett, Denson, Dennis, Fields, Henry, Longwell, Miller, Stephenson, Spates, Spencer, Steiner, Timmons, Tuck—16. The Proceedings of yesterday were read and approved.
