1872 OF THE SENATE. 183 will and testament of Elijah Bishop, late of Harford county, deceased, to Wm. T. Brand, as trustee, directing him to expend part of said bequest in the completion or adornment of St. Mary's P. E. Church, in Harford county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Mesrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Crawford, Stephenson, Claggett, Spates, Dennis, Spencer, Fields, Steiner, Henry, Timmons—14. "NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill, entitled an Act giving the sanction of the general Assembly to a certain legacy bequeathed by the last will and testament of Elizabeth Routzahn, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Middletown Frederick county, Maryland, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays; as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Crawford, Stephenson, Claggett, Spates, Denson, Spencer, Dennis, Steiner, Fields, Timmons—15. Henry, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill, entitled an Act authorizing W. J. Larimore to settle his account as guardian to Ambrose H. D.
