Senate bill, entitled an Act to change the dividing line be-
tween the first and eighth Election Districts of Worcester
county,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

Senate bill, entitled an Act to add an additional section to
the Public Local Laws of Allegany county, and to repeal
sections 24, 25 and 26 thereof, and re-enact the same with
amendments.
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays; as
follows :

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered.
the following:
House bill, entitled an Act granting the assent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to a bequest of the last will
and testament of Elijah Bishop, late of Harford county, to
Wm. F. Brand, as trustee, directing him to expend a part
of said bequest in the completion or adornment of St. Mary's
P. E. Church, in Harford county.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also,
House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester county to re-assess the property of
Vachel Keene, lying in Drawbridge District of said county.
