Senate bill, entitled an Act to give certain deeds whenever the amount of unpaid purchase money may express the effect of mortgage deeds and preserve the Vendor's Lion therein in Allegany comity, Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third leading. Senate bill, entitled an Act authorizing and directing; the State Librarian to furnish from the State Library, for the use of the Circuit Court for Washington County, a full set of the Decisions of the Court of Appeals, and of the Acts of Assembly, and other books, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Crawford, Spates, Claggett, Bellman, Davis, Spencer, Downs, Steiner, Dennis, Timmons, Fields, Wilson, Jump, Williams—18 NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Timmons submitted the following order: Ordered, That when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn until Monday, at 12. o'clock. Mr. Jump moved to amend the order by striking out the word " Monday," and insert the word " Tuesday." Said order, as amended, was adopted. Senate bill entitled, a supplement to an Act to incorporate the Lutheran congregations of St. Paul's, Christ's, St. Mat- thew's ,and Mount Zion's Lutheran Church, in Frederick county, passed at the December Session, eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter 310, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: |
