1872. OF THE SENATE. 47- "The Oyster, Fish and Wild Fowl Laws," (except that part which relates to the Wild Fowl Laws), Re referred to the Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries, And that part relating to "Wild Fowl," To a Special Committee of seven, So much thereof as is embraced under the head of? "Insurance," Be referred to the Committee on Finance, So much thereof as is embraced under the head ot "Vaccination," Be referred to a Special Committee of five members. So much thereof as is embraced under the head of the "Case of Daniel Nye, of Maryland, &c.," Be referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. So much thereof as is embraced under the head of "Apportionment of Delegates to the General Assembly," Be referred to a Special Committee of five members. WM. B. STEPHENSON, Ch., ALFRED SPATES, GEORGE R. DENNIS, WILLIAM H. TUCK. Which was read and adopted. Mr. Stephenson moved to increase the Special Committee on Wild Fowl from five to seven. Which was adopted. The President appointed the following Special Committees, as provided for in said Report: So much as relates to the "Death of Ex-Governor Pratt," to Messrs. Tuck, Compton, Wilson, Dennis and Longwell. So much as relates to "Wild Fowl," to Messrs. Stephen- son, Miller, Spencer, Earle, Compton, Davis and Jump. So much as relates to "Vaccination," to Messrs. Dennis, Steiner, Craw ford, Henry and Downs. On motion by Mr. Earle, Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro- duce a bill to repeal sections 27, '28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, of Article 56 of the Code of Public General laws |
