Now therefore, I, Oden Bowie, Governor of the State of
Maryland, by virtue of the authority and in compliance with
the requirements of Article III, Section 4 and Section 5 of
the Constitution of this State, do issue this my proclamation,
declaring the number of Delegates to which each County and
the City of Baltimore is entitled in the General Assembly or
Maryland, under the Census of 1870, as follows :
