On motion by Mr. Blake, The Address of the President was ordered to be entered upon the Journal. Mr. Stephenson submitted the following order : Ordered, That the daily hour of the meeting "to the Senate be 12 o'clock, m., until otherwise ordered. Mr. Tack submitted the following amendment : Strike out the words ''twelve o'clock, M," and insert, in lieu thereof, the words eleven o'clock, A. M. On the question being put, It was determined in the affirmative.
