by Register street.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The hill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Howard county, to reassess such
real estate in said county as in their discretion they may
deem proper.
Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
Finance, and report adopted."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to endorse the first
mortgage bonds of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad
Company, to the amount of five hundred thousand dollars.
Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from a Select Commit-
tee, .and report adopted."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to create a loan to provide for the
payment of the overdue debt of the State, and for the ex-
changing or taking up the Stirling debt of the State, and
issuing a currency loan in lieu thereof.
Endorsed, "Passed by-yeas and nays."
