1350 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the transfer of certain
land records and extracts of deeds from the office of the
Clerk of the Court of Appeals, to the office of the Com-
missioner of the Land Office; to repeal section 40, of Article
XVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal
section 55, of the same Article, and to enact a substitute
therefor,
