Said bill was then sent to the Senate. The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes- sage: BY THE SENATE, March 30, 1872. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We request your Honorable Body to return to us a House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 33 and 34 of chapter 370, title "Oysters," and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof, changing the style of the Oyster Police Board and making the Commissioner of the Land Office one of said, Board. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, the appointment of a Committee of Conference to take into consideration the unfavorable report of a bill to appropriate $2,500 to establish ten free beds for State patients in the Maryland Eye and Ear Institute.
