amend the charter of the Old Town Savings' Institution of
Baltimore, as contained in the Act, entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, passed
at January Session, 1858, and repeal an Act passed at Janiz-
ary Session, 1860, entitled an Act to amend an Act to incor-
porate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, pass-
ed at January Session, 1858, and to re-enact parts of the game
with amendments, and to change the name of said body cor-
porate, to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore,
Was read a third, time and passed by yeas and nays, as
