So the amendment was adopted.

- Mr. Stone submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out the words "County Commissioners of Charles
County."
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Bond,
The further consideration of said bill was informally post-
poned.
The Secretary of the Senate returned
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county, to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Add at the end of section 9 :
"And, provided, That no bonds shall be issued under this
Act, unless the said Company shall, by agreement of its char-
ter, agree and bind itself to run daily, at least two through
trains of passenger cars, without change of cars between the
City of Baltimore and Annapolis, either on its own road or
