The question again recurring upon the adoption of the
amendment,
Mr. Bowie demanded the yeas and nays.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Anne Arundel county—amend after the name "William
-Gardner," by adding "from the 4th day of April, 1870."
