On motion of Mr. Stewart,
The vote by which the bill entitled an Act to add an ad-
ditional section to Article XXX., of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," to be sub-
title Seduction," and to he section 210, making seduction
a misdemeanor, punishable in the penitentiary, was rejected.
for want of a Constitutional majority, was reconsidered.
The question then recurring on the .passage of said bill,
