On motion of Mr. Wells,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill, entitled 'An Act to add an additional section
to Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title " Annapolis," to pre-
vent the carrying of concealed weapons in Annapolis.
On motion of Mr. Clark, of Baltimore City,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill to authorize the appointment of a commission
of two or more persons by the Governor of the State to re-
codify the Laws of this State.
On motion of Mr. Staylor,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 5 of Article
60 of the Public General Laws, entitled " Marriages," as
amended and re enacted by chapter 42, passed at January
Session, 1868, and re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Markland,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the German American Bank of
Baltimore.
On motion of Mr, Harig,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means to
introduce a bill to exempt Telasco Tribe No. 46, Independent
Order Red Men, of Baltimore City, from City and State tax-
ation.
On motion of Mr. Travers,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill to amend the charter of the Union Rail-
road Company, so as to equalize (he tolls charged the vari-
ous roads using the tracks of said Company, and i educe the
tolls thereof.
On motion of Mr. Spencer,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to lay off streets in Baltimore county adjoin-
ing Baltimore city, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent
therewith passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at
the January Session, 1870, chapter 99
On motion of Mr. Spencer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate ' The Baltimore, Hampden and
Lake Roland Railroad Company," of Baltimore county.
