On motion of Mr. McColgan,
The House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 30, of Article
X., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attach-
ments," and to re-enact the same with amendments, which
had been reported unfavorably from the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. McColgan moved to substitute the bill for the unfavor-
able report of the Committee.
The question recurring upon sustaining the motion.
Mr Stewart demanded the yeas and nays.
The demand being sustained,
