The House proceeded to the consideration of
The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Real
Estate Bank of Baltimore.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Hardcastle,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill recommitted to the Committee on Corporations.
On motion of Mr. Scott,
The House then proceeded to the consideration of
The bill entitled an Act to add the following lections to
Article XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables," extending the jurisdiction of Justices of
the Peace in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties to
grand and. petit larcenies, to come in after section 70 of said
Article, which had been rejected on the 15th instant, for
want of a constitutional majority, by yeas and nays, and
reconsidered on same day.
