1146 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 26,
An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
William T.-Markland & Bro., for rebuilding State T bacco
Warehouse No. 2, as per contract made with the Commis-
sioner of Labor and Agriculture.
Also,
An Act to repeal and re-enact section 24, of Article XCIV.
of Public General Laws, title "Treasurer."
Also,
An Act to allow an additional Clerk in the office of the
Treasurer of this State.
Also,
An Act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Montgomery county, to place certain fees in the hands of the
Sheriff of the several counties of ibis State and the City of
Baltimore, for collection.
Also,
An Act to authorize the Trustees of the Methodist Protes-
tant Church in Salisbury, to sell and convey certain property
belonging to them.
On motion of Mr. Griswold,
At 11 1/2 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned.
WEDNESDAY, March 27, 1872.
The House met and was opened with prayer by the Rev.
Mr. Highley, Chaplain.
