So the motion submitted by Mr. Clark, of Baltimore City, Was decided in the affirmative. '' Mr. Clark, of Baltimore City, moved a reconsideration of the vote by which the motion to postpone indefinitely was sustained. Pending which, Mr. Clark, of Baltimore City, moved to lay that motion on the table. The question recurring upon sustaining the motion, On motion of Mr. Chapman, The yeas and nays were ordered, and appeared as follows:
No quorum being present, Mr. Chapman moved that the House do now adjourn. The question being upon sustaining the motion, Mr. Chapman demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follows |
