1872 OF THE HOUSE OS' DELEGATES. 1099 Said bill being upon a second reading, The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend- ment submitted by Mr. Penington, on Friday last, Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, moved that the further con- sideration thereof be indefinitely postponed, Pending which, Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, demanded the previous ques- tion. Mr, dark, of Baltimore City, moved that all further pro- ceedings under the call be dispenced with, Pending which, Mr. Chapman demanded the yeas and nays.
