of Article XII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Har-
ford County," sub-title "Sheriffs," as amended and re-
enacted by chapter 135 of the Acts passed at the January-
Session of 1868,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed amendment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 2, section 2, after the word '"for," insert the word'
"two."

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 11 and 12, of
Article VII, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the appointment of the Clerk to the County Commissioners
of Carroll county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 133, 134, 135,
136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145 and 146 of
Article X., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorches-
ter County," sub-title "East New Market," and to re-enact
the same with amendment, and to add sub-sections' thereto,
to come in after section 146.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly to the Vestry of Christ Church Parish, (Cul-
vert county,) to hold a lot of ground containing twelve acres,,
for a parsonage.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford county, to provide for and pay the ex-
panses of taking the census of said county.
.Also,
The ® bill entitled an Act to authorize the Washington City"
and Point Lookout Railroad Company to extend their rail-
road into the District of Columbia, and to ran a line or lines
of steamers,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Boonsboro*
Bank, in Boonsboro', Washington county.
