A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 24, of Article XXVI.,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title <; Conveyancing,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Which was read a first time.
Also, unfavorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize William H. Young
and Daniel Kefauver, executors of the last will and testa'
mentor John Young of P., late of Frederick county, de-
ceased, to pay over to Eliza S. Seidel certain money be-
queathed in said last will and testament.
And the report was adopted.
Also, reported unfavorably,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to regulate and prescribe
the manner of holding post mortem examinations and an-
alyzing the stomach, bowels, or contents thereof, and other
portions of the human body, whenever any person or per-
sona is or are suspected to have died from poison adminis-
tered by any person for the purpose of causing death, or for
procuring any poison to be taken by any person tor the pur-
pose of causing the death of any person,
And the report was adopted.
Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
Also, reported favorably,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 42 of
Article LI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Justices of the Peace," and to re-enact the same as amended.
