Mr. Crouse submitted the following order :
Ordered, That John H. Jordan have further leave of ab-
sence granted, on account of death in the family.
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Gardner,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore cty delegation to int re-
duce a bill to make the foot of all the streets of the City of
Baltimore ending on Light and Pratt streets a public high-
way, and place the same, under the control of the harbor
master.
On motion of Mr. Ritter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill to refund to Ambrose Ingman money er-
roneously paid into the State Treasury.
