jected.

The House proceeded to the consideration of the special
order of the day,

Being the bill entitled an Act to repeal section 8, of Arti-
cle 95, of the Code of Public General taws, entitled
"Usury," and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to
add an additional section, to be section 6 of said Article.
