NEGATIVE — None.

 

On motion of Mr. Merrick, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill entitled"
an Act to repeal section 3, of Article 95, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled "Usury," and to re-enact the same-
with amendments, and to add an additional section to be
section 6, of said Article.

Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Merrick,

The further consideration thereof was postponed and the
bill made the order of the day for to-morrow at one o'clock

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of bills entitled
to a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10, of Article 41,
of Public General Laws, title "Fisheries," sub-title the
"Head of the Bay," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Being upon a third reading,

On motion of Mr. Hopkins,

The enacting clause was stricken out.
