An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to issue the bonds of the City of Baltimore, to an
amount not exceeding two million five hundred thousand
dollars, for the purpose of providing means for the improve-
ment of Jones' Falls, within the limits of the City of Balti-
more.

An Act to incorporate Towsontown, in Baltimore county.

An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to provide for the improvement of Jones' Falls, with-
in the limits of the City of Baltimore.

An Act to change the provisions of section 1, of Article 11,
of the Constitution of this State, title "Baltimore City," re-
lating to the term of office of the Mayor of said city, as pro-
vided in and by section nine of said Article.

An Act to authorize the Commissioners of Baltimore coun-
ty to appoint an addditional Constable for district No. 5, in
said county.

An Act to provide for building a bridge over the Gunpow-
der river, at Warren Factory, in Baltimore county.

An Act to provide for the erection of a bridge over Gun-
powder river, at Cromwell's Ford, in Baltimore county.

An Act for the better protection of birds in Allegany
county.

An Act to incorporate the United German Real Estate and
Fire Insurance Insurance Company, of Baltimore.

An Act to authorize the Mutual Building Association, of
Annapolis, to construct a bridge from the City of Annapolis
over Spa creek, in Anne Arundel county.
