The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bill:

The bill entitled an Act to amend section 62, of Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the re-
demption of real estate sold for taxes, as amended by the
Act of 1862, chapter 133.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Ways and Means.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens' Rail-
way Company of Baltimore city.

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Oollins moved that the further consideration thereo
be postponed, and the bill be made the order of the day for
Thursday, 24th inst.

The question being upon concurring in the motion submit-
ted by Mr. Collins,
