of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Jurors," and re-
enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Thomas, of Frederick, Chairman of the Committee on
Agriculture, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act for the better protection of Birds in
the State of Maryland.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. McLane, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating
to the City of Baltimore, sub-title, "Streets," without amend-
ments.

Mr. Dennis, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, section 47, Article 23, Code of Public Local Laws,
title, "Worcester County," sub-title, "Newtown."

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Hilton, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act providing for the repairs of the
public roads and bridges of Montgomery county, and to re-
peal certain Acts inconsistent therewith.
