774 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 15,

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Ar-
ticle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Baltimore city,
sub-title, "Sabbath Breaking."

The question being upon concurring in the report,

Mr. Sanner moved that the further consideration thereof
be postponed, and the bill referred to the Baltimore city dele-
gation.

The question recurring upon concurring in the motion of
