entitled an Act to amend Article 22, of the Code of Public
Local Laws for Wicomico county, by adding several new sec-
tions thereto, entitled an Act to extend the corporate limits
of the town of Salisbury, and to enlarge the powers of the
town commissioners of said town, to come in after section
twenty-one of said Article,
