The bill entitled an Act to regulate the pay of Bailiffs
of the Superior Court of Baltimore city, of the Court of Com-
mon Pleas of Baltimore city, of the Baltimore City Court, of
the Circuit Court of Baltimore city and of the Criminal Court
of Baltimore city.

The bill entitled an Act to provide tor the erection of a
bridge over Jones' Falls at Woodberry in Baltimore county.

The bill entitled an Act to regulate the drawing and selec-
tion of jurors in Somerset and Worcester counties.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills :

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
an Act to make certain improvements in the vicinity of the
State Live Stock Scales, passed at January Session 1864,
chapter 23, and to an Act amendatory thereto passed 1866,
chapter 120, by appropriating a sum of money to enable the
Commissioners therein named to discharge the liabilities, in-
curred thereunder.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Claims.
