Gate House, or other works constructed or used in supplying
the City of Baltimore with water, or injuring, defacing or
destroying the same," and to re-enact the said sections so as
to read as follows :

Being upon a second reading.

On motion of Mr. Blake, said bill was ordered to be
printed,

And on motion of Mr. Kilbourn, referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled "An Act to provide for the continuation
of the General Index of Judgments in Queen Anne'sCounty,"

Was read a second time aud ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled "An Act to amend and add an additional
section to Article 41, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled (Fish and Fisheries,' " to follow section 35 thereof,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 345 and 346 of
Chapter 11, of the Public Local Laws of Frederick county,
sub-title "Woodsboro'," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent fishing in Israel's Creek
in Washington county,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend Chapter 241, of Acts
of Assembly. January Session, 1867} by inserting an addi-
tional section to be substituted for section 8, and make the
present section 8 to number section 9,

Was read a, second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of
monies expended in repairing a bridge near Monkton, in
Baltimore county,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 204 of Article 21
of Public Local Laws for Washington county, relating to
Justices of the Peace and Constables in said county, and re-
enact the same with amendments,
