The question then recurring upon the adoption of the title
of the bill, Mr. Kilbourn submitted the following amend-
ment after the word "Laws :"

Insert the words: "Relating to licenses to Foreign Insu-
rance Companies."

Which was adopted.

The title as amended was then adopted.

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The House then proceeded lo the consideration of the bill
entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article 11, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, relating
to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and Com-
mon Council of Frederick, to follow section 169, added
thereto by the Act of 1868, chapter 87.

Said bill being upon its passage,
