The bill entitled an Act to exempt Washington county
from the operation of an Act passed at the January session,
1864, chapter 71, entitled an Act to add to the 41st Article
of the Code of Public General Laws, in relation to Fish and
Fisheries, the folowing additional sections, relating to the
waters of the Potomac River lying between the mouth of
New Creek and Weaverton Dam,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
