Mr. Wootton, (the rules being suspended,) submitted the
following order :
Ordered, That the Committee on Public Buildings be re-
quested k> report to this House on or before Friday next, in
regard to the cost of building the Governor's House.
Which was rejected.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 101, 102, 103,
105 and 145 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Frederick county, lelating to the powers and duties of the
Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of Frederick, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
