report a bill to amend the seventy-second Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, relating to limited partnership.

Mr. McLane, Chairman of Select Committee, reported
favorably, a bill entitled an Act to repeal section nine hun-
dred and thirty-nine, Article four of the Public Local Laws,
relating to Baltimore city, sub-title "Water," as enacted
by chapter four hundred and sixty-seven of the Acts of Assem-
bly, passed at the January session, eighteen hundred and
sixty eight, and to re-enact the said section so as to read as
follows:

Which was read a first time.
Also, favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections one and two of
chapter two hundred and forty, passed at the December ses-
sion of the General Assembly, eighteen hundred and sixty-
one, entitled an Act to amend article four of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, relating to the City of Baltimore, by impos-
ing penalties for polluting the water in Swan Lake, the Dam,
Reservoir, Line of Conduit, Water-pipes, Gate-House, or
other works constructed or used in supplying the City of
Baltimore with water, or injuring, defacing or destroying
the same, and to re-enact the said section so as to read as fol-
lows :

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Neillj Chairman of Select Committee, reported favor-
ably a bill entitled an Act to repeal section two hundred and
four of article twenty-one, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
for Washington county, relating to Justices of the Peace and
Constables in said county, and re-enact the same as amended.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Brown, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill, entitled an Act to provide for the continua-
tion of the General Index of Judgments in Queen Anne's
county.

Which was read a first tirne.
Also, favorably.

A bill entitled an Act to amend and add an additional sec-
tion to Article forty-one, of Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Fish and Fisheries," to follow section thirty-five
thereof.

Which was read a first time.
