The bill entitled an Act supplementary to the Act of 1867,
chapter 354, incorporating the Queenstown and Harrington
Railway Company,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

On motion of Mr. White, (the rules being suspended,)

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of incorporation
of Mechanicstown, Frederick county, Maryland, passed Feb-
ruary 13th, 1832, chapter 111, and the supplements thereto,
and sections 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201,
202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209. 210, 211 and 212, of
Article 11, of the Coile of Public Local Laws, and to substi-
tute in lieu of said Acts and sections the following sections,
incorporating the village of Mechanicstown, in said county,

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
