The House then proceeded to the consideration of the un-
finished business of yesterday, being the Senate bill entitled
an Act of 1853, chapter 194, entitled an Act to incorporate '
the Baltimore anc| Potomac Railroad Company, and repeal
the 2d section of the Act of 1860, chapter 71, and to extend
the time for the compltion of the Baltimore and Potomac
Railroad Company.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :

Corporations, viz :

Section 12, line 14, insert the words: who shall be free-
holders,
