So the further consideration thereof was postponed, and

The bill made the order of the day for Thursday, 24th
inst.

The House then proceeded to the consideration of the next
order oi the day, being

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 295, Act of As-
sembly 1868, entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the Code
of Public I ocal Laws, title "Guano," by adding thereto the
following sections relating to inspection of all fertilizers other
than guano, and to substitute the following in lieu thereof.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

The bill was then read a third time.

The question then recurring upon the passage of the bill,

Mr. Hoblitzell moved that the further consideration
thereof be postponed, and the bill made the order of the day
for Friday, 25th instant.
