consideration of the Guano bill,
Being the second order of the day.
Mr. Marbury moved as a substitute that the House do now
proceed to the consideration of the special order of the day.
Being the Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of
1853, chapter 194, entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more and Potomac Railroad Company, and to repeal the
second section of the Act of 1860, chapter 71, and to extend
the time for the completion of the Baltimore and Potomac
Railroad,
Said bill being upon a second reading,
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion
