Public Local Laws, title "Howard county," sub-title "Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact the same-
with amendments.

dex of judgments, in Q.ueen Anne's county.
An Act to repeal section 204, of Article 21, of Public Local
Laws for Washington county, relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables, in said county, and re-enact the same
as amended.
An Act for the better protection of game in Montgomery
county.
An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the gift and bequest of Andrew Small, late of
Washington city, deceased, to the Board of Trustees of the
Nealsville and Darnstown Presbyterian Church of Montgom-
ery county Maryland, and to a grant of land made by Rich-
ard M. Williams, Trustee, to said Board of Trustees.
An Act to amend an Act passed at the January session,
1868, chapter 161, entitled an Act to incorporate the Freder-
ick and Emmittsburg Railroad Company, and the time for
the commencement and the completion of the same.
An Act to amend the Act passed at the January session,
1868, chapter 43, entitled an Act to incorporate the Freder-
ick and Williamsport Railroad Company.
An Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 100, passed at the
session of the General Assembly, 1867, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Trustees of the Baptist Church at Jones.'
Mills, in Dorchester county, and re-enact the said section so
as to read as follows.
An Act granting the assent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to a bequest of a legacy made in the last will and
testament of Josias Ramsey, late of Cecil county, deceased,
to the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church at New
Leeds, in Cecil county.
An A'ct to incorporate the Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Easton.
An Act to repeal section nine hundred and thirty-nine,
Article four, of the Public Local Laws, relating to Baltimore-
city, sub-title "Water," as enacted by chapter four hundred
and sixty-seven, of the Acts of Assembly, passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, and to re-
enact the said section so as to read, as follows.
