Mr. Carroll submitted the following order :

Ordered, That when this House adjourns on Monday 21st
inst., (Tuesday being the 22d of February, a legal holiday,) it
stands adjourned until Wednesday, February 23d, 12 o'clock,
noon, and that the National Flag be displayed from the dome
of the State House on the 22d inst.
