Isaac Stewart and Anne Stewart, the said Isaac Stewart ac-
cumulated certain property, not exceeding four hundred dol-
lars after the payment of his just debts and costs of admin-
istration ; and whereas letters of administration upon the
estate of the said Isaac Stewart have been granted unto Wil-
liam Stewart, by the Orphans' Court of Somerset county,
therefore."

The Senate amendment was adopted,
