A bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower and require-
William Stewart, Administrator and Trustee, to sell the real
estate of Isaac Stewart, late of Somerset county, deceased,
under a decree of the Orphans' Court for Somerset county,
to pay over the balance in his hands as Administrator and
Trustee aforesaid, after satisfying all just debts of the said
Isaac Stewart, including costs of administration and Trus-
tee's commissions, to Anne Stewart.
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed
amendment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
" Whereas, Isaac Stewart, colored, late of Somerset county,
died intestate, without leaving any legal representatives, but
leaving surviving him Anne Stewart, with whom the said
Isaac Stewart for a number of years past cohabited as man
and wife, and who is in needy and indigent circumstances :
