crick county, certain State taxes erroneously paid by him
into the Treasury, in the years 1866 and 1867.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Committee
on Ways and Means.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Co-
operative Business Agency Company.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 29th section of the 5th
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the pay
of the crier of the Circuit Court for Calvert county, and to
re-enact a substitute therefor.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Calvert
delegation and Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act entitled an Act to
regulate the compensation of the State's Attorney of Worces-
ter county, passed February 11th, 1864, and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Worces-
ter delegation and M'r. Lankford.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1853, chapter
194, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Poto-
mac Railroad Company, and to repeal the second section of
the Act of 1860, chap. 71, and to extend the time for the
completion of the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Internal Improvements.
