Mr. Biddle, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to prevent swine from running at
large in the first election district of Cecil county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Neill, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 296 and 312, of
Article 21, of the Public Local Laws of Washington county,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add a sub-
section.

Which was read a first time.
Also, reported favorably,

A bill entitled au Act to aid and assist the Fire Depart-
ment of Hagerstown.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mutual Building
Association of Annapolis to construct a bridge from the
City of Annapolis over Spa Creek, in Anne Arundel county.

Mr. Wells, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Anne Arundel, and authorizing the Commissioners of said
county to correct errors in his assessment.
