The rules were suspended, and the House proceeded to the
consideration of the bill entitled an Act to repeal section 619,
of Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled "City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables,""
and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
