nine, article four, of the Public Local Laws, relating to

Baltimore city, sub-title "Water," as enacted by chap-

ter four hundred and sixty-seven of the acts of Assem-

bly passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and sixty-eight, and to re-enact the said section so as

to read as follows............................................

No. 25. An act to repeal sections one and two of chapter

two hundred and forty, passed at the December session

of the General Assembly, eighteen hundred and sixty-

one, entitled "An act to amend article four of the Code

of Public Local Laws, relating to the city of Balti-

more, by imposing penalties for polluting the water in

Swanri Lake, the dam, reservoirs, line of conduit, water

pipes, gate house, or other works constructed or used in

supplying the city of Baltimore with water, or injuring,

defacing or destroying the same," and to re-enact the

said sections so as to read as follows.........................
